Digital Stories from our Volunteers

George Kopulos and Amanda Indovina, Aphasia Institute volunteers, reflect on their volunteering experience with their digital stories.
“The SharedTime Digital Storytelling Project shows the impact of everyday volunteers and inspires others to join the movement.
When you volunteer, you do more than than just share your time – you share yourself. Through giving, volunteers build their communities, locally, globally and culturally. They make the world, and themselves, a better place. There are many wrongs in the world today that need to be set right…from poverty to disease, human rights to the environment – the list is growing all the time. The volunteer stories presented on SharedTime are a brief glimpse into the lives of ordinary people, just like you, working to address the problems that affect us all.
The stories are a celebration of the work already being done, and a call to action: Share Your Time.
Build a better world. Build a better you.
