Cancellation Policy
If a delegate cancels more than 21 days prior to training:
A credit note less a 25% administration fee will be issued to be applied as payment for future training.
If a delegate cancels less than 21 days prior to training: We are unable to offer a refund or credit note.
If the Aphasia Institute cancels: Aphasia Institute reserves the right to cancel training. In this instance, a full refund will be given as well as priority booking for future training. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Refund Policy:
Orders will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made in writing within 48 hours of the order being placed. After 48 hours, no refunds are available.
