<p>Cette version pictographique de la Déclaration des droits des personnes qui habitent dans des foyers de soins de longue durée a été conçue par l’Institut Aphasie (Aphasia Institute) et a été financée par une subvention du Ministère de la Santé et des soins de longue durée par le biais du Réseau de transfert de la recherche sur la santé des personnes âgées.</p>
<p>On a créé cette affiche afin de s’assurer que toutes les personnes qui habitent dans des foyers de soins de longue durée puissent prendre connaissance et puissent comprendre leurs droits.</p>
<p>On ne vous facturera que pour les frais d’envoi de ce produit car l’affiche est gratuite.  Il y aura un maximum de 10 affiches par tube et les frais d’envoi dépendront du nombre de tubes nécessaires à la commande que vous avez passée.</p>
<p>Il n’y a aucune limite en ce qui concerne le nombre d’affiches que vous désirez commander.</p>
