ART + APHASIA INSTITUTE = AMAZING!
Aphasia can present real challenges and contribute to increased social isolation, mental health concerns, and reduced quality of life. That’s why our services are so important to both members and their families. There’s something truly special about our community aphasia programs—they help reduce the stigma of living with aphasia, spark joy through creativity, and offer transformational experiences.
Allan Brown, a retired physician, accomplished artist, and art instructor at the Aphasia Institute, has found his calling through art. His paintings are rich with vivid color and light, creating bold, serene compositions that captivate the viewer. Now, Allan is giving back—sharing his artwork with our community in support of a meaningful cause.
This is a unique opportunity to bring a beautiful piece of Allan’s art into your home while supporting the Aphasia Institute. All proceeds from the art sale will go towards our programs and services. And the timing couldn’t be better—with our Annual General Meeting (AGM) just around the corner.
